Yes, within the eligible categories for their voucher. Family voucher recipients can choose between Overnight Family Camping + Adventure or the Kutuhal Family Camp. Kids voucher recipients can choose between Huppya Nature Camp or Sahas Adventure Camp.
Can a voucher be used by a family?
Yes. The Family Experience Voucher (₹12,000) is specifically designed for an employee, their spouse, and one child (2 Adults + 1 Child). Additional family members can also be added during online redemption by paying the applicable retail difference.
What happens if the selected experience costs more than the voucher value?
If an employee selects an experience or adds additional participants whose cost exceeds the voucher face value, the balance amount can be paid seamlessly online during the booking checkout process on nisargshala.in/redeem.
Are corporate vouchers refundable?
No. As per established corporate terms, all Nisargshala Corporate Experience Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit balance. However, they carry an extensive 12-month validity window from payment confirmation date.
How long are vouchers valid?
Corporate vouchers are valid for exactly 12 months (365 days) from the date payment is confirmed. This gives employees complete freedom to choose convenient dates across all seasons.
