1Binding Agreement & Eligibility
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing orders via the Nisargshala Corporate Gateway (“Portal”, “Platform”) operated by Nisargshala, you (“Client”, “Corporate Buyer”, “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you are placing an order or registering on behalf of a company, corporate entity, LLP, or association, you represent and warrant that you have the requisite corporate authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2Corporate Voucher Instrument Terms
All digital corporate vouchers generated by Nisargshala are enterprise prepaid commercial instruments governed by the following rules:
- Validity Period: Each voucher is strictly valid for a period of twelve (12) calendar months from the date of issuance.
- Redemption Channel: Vouchers can be redeemed exclusively online via our official redemption portal at
nisargshala.in/redeemagainst available scheduled weekend camps and eligible wilderness experiences. - Transferability: Vouchers are transferable among bona fide employees and family members of the purchasing corporate entity prior to redemption. Once a voucher is reserved and redeemed for a specific camp date, it is marked as utilized and cannot be reused.
- Non-Monetary Conversion: Vouchers cannot be refunded for cash or converted into monetary balances once issued.
- Cryptographic Uniqueness: Each voucher features an alphanumeric secret redemption code and human reference. Nisargshala is not liable for unauthorized redemption resulting from internal recipient compromise of voucher credentials.
3Corporate Team Outing Bookings & Campsite Conduct
For group corporate retreats, leadership camps, and team outings:
- Reservation Confirmation: Team outing dates are officially locked only upon receipt of the agreed payment / advance transfer and verification of the bank UTR reference.
- Instructor Authority: All outdoor programs and adventure activities are supervised by certified mountaineering and wilderness first-responder instructors. Participants must strictly follow instructor safety briefings and campsite environmental protocols.
- Substance Policy: Nisargshala maintains a strict family-friendly and nature-first ethos. Consumption of banned substances or disorderly conduct that endangers participants or local ecology is strictly prohibited.
4Payment, Invoicing & Statutory GST Compliance
All prices are billed with applicable Goods and Services Tax (18% under SAC Code 9984). Tax Invoices are digitally issued with Seller GSTIN (27ARHPV2783R1ZN) and Buyer GSTIN for Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility.
Direct corporate payments are processed via RTGS / NEFT to our designated HDFC Bank current account. Vouchers are released upon authoritative UTR reconciliation by our finance admin console.
5Wilderness Safety Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Outdoor nature exploration and camping involve inherent wilderness environmental conditions (e.g. uneven terrain, weather variations, native flora and fauna). Nisargshala maintains rigorous risk management standards, trained first responders, and emergency kits on-site.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, Nisargshala's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a corporate booking or voucher order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that specific transaction.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations caused by acts of God, severe weather warnings, government travel advisories, strikes, or road blockages. In such events, bookings will be rescheduled without forfeiture of funds as outlined in our Refund Policy.
6Intellectual Property & Brand Usage
All trademarks, logos, voucher design templates, website software, text, graphics, and curriculum content on this platform are the proprietary intellectual property of Nisargshala. Corporate buyers receive a limited license to distribute generated voucher PDFs to designated employees solely for intended gifting purposes.
7Governing Law & Exclusive Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute or controversy arising under or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
