At Nisargshala, we understand that corporate schedules, team projects, and client commitments can change. Our policies are designed to offer maximum flexibility for corporate HR teams while respecting the advance logistical planning required for certified wilderness instructors, private campsite reserves, organic farm catering, and equipment readiness.
2Corporate Voucher Policy (Individual & Family Certificates)
Corporate vouchers are non-refundable for monetary cash once generated and delivered, but provide generous 12-month validity and complete organizational transferability.
- 12-Month Booking Window: Employees and voucher holders have 365 days from the date of voucher issuance to choose their preferred weekend camp date on
nisargshala.in/redeem. - Internal Employee Re-Assignment: If an employee leaves the company or cannot participate prior to voucher redemption, HR may freely reassign the digital voucher certificate to another team member or colleague.
- Post-Redemption Rescheduling: Once an employee redeems a voucher for a specific weekend camp date, they may reschedule to another available date free of charge if requested at least 7 days prior to the camp start date.
3Corporate Team Outing Bookings & Rescheduling Schedule
For custom corporate retreats, leadership camps, and group team outings confirmed via bank transfer / advance invoice, the following cancellation and rescheduling matrix applies:

4Severe Weather & Safety-First Reschedule Guarantee
If adverse weather conditions, official governmental red-alert advisories, or road closures render outdoor camping unsafe, Nisargshala will proactively reschedule the entire corporate group to a mutually agreed future date with zero penalty fees. Participant safety is our non-negotiable priority.
5How to Request a Reschedule or Cancellation
Corporate HR representatives may initiate a booking reschedule or cancellation request by sending an email from their registered official domain to support@nisargshala.in and copying hemant@nisargshala.in, quoting the Booking Reference number (e.g. OUTING-YYYYMMDD-XXXX or ORD-YYYYMMDD-XXXX).
Approved credit notes or adjustments are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
